  • All you need to do is live in or visit Charleston, SC...oyster roasts every weekend in all parts of town...usually starts in January. I don't think I ever ate so many oysters in my life! So delicious!

  • That's a cute video but here's the recipe from Pearl Oyster Bar that I use all summer! The oysters are smoked and cook in the liquor.
