Some things work very well as written tips, for others video is better, as showing how to do something can oftern be more valuable than writing down instructions, esp. for a novice cook like me.   • You know what? I STILL prefer written articles to video tips. One: takes less time to load. Two: the author tends to put in more thought when writing (although I now the videos are scripted, the written articles are better) Three: Articles with pictures can be PRINTED OUT and passed around or saved. four: If I want to watch Aida, I'll turn on FN.
