These classic childhood treats have been tamed on the sugar front, and are easy to make. Even if you don’t have kids, you’ll want to give them a try.

I have a peanut butter ball recipe that is made from chocolate and peanut butter ganache. I let the ganache cool and then make 1" balls that I then dip into melted chocolate chips. I set them to harden on a candy rack. They are really good and I make them in the spring and at Yule. My older brother and his boys start "hinting" about "If I am making them this year".

OMG! I have been looking for the recipe for a confection of peanut butter topped with chocolate ganache that used to be served at Kennedy Middle School, in Alburquerque New Mexico.....somebody please tell me you have it!!!
