I'm new to CHOW and this was the first video I watched. I hope the other videos are a bit more informative.
He likes how the tuna "interacts with the tuna?" This is exactly the type of focus that turns me off to the patronizing foodie perspective. Lah di dah, lah, di dah.
O.K. Now, you can show me How to Plate Like a Chef please.
C'mon you guys. He gave the most useful advice I'm ever heard: Look at pictures in a cookbook and just copy it!
Yeah, that was useless. I was expecting some general rules or something.
I'm with Chuckles. This is about as unhelpful as any of the Chow Tips.
While I appreciate the difficulties inherent in this seven-second format, "Get a book and do what the book says" and "I lay down some greens" are not terribly helpful tips.
