Catering a wedding proves too much responsibility for one Top Chef

Nikki Cascone gets put on the nongolden team in a wedding-catering challenge, and she's dinged for not stepping up and taking responsibility. Meanwhile, Dale shows his petulant side, again. And Lisa pouts, again. Nikki talks to Meredith Arthur about her love of the adrenaline rush in the kitchen and her tyrannical tendencies—which didn't show through on Top Chef.   • Yep...Richard and Antonia. Spike is a big looser. Apart from the fact that he's unprofessional toward the other competitors...his food sucks. Chicken salad with grapes...great...but with olives too???? Just plain yuck.

  • It's about time Niki got the boot...she is Soooo not top chef material. I still can't believe she stayed on after her ridiculous VELVEETA mac and cheese fiasco! I have made better pasta for 50 people then she does and I'm neither a chef...nor Italian!...besides I would have made Gnocchi for that size of a crowd you can make it ahead and bake it later....and OK...how difficult is pizza for...+READ

  • thanks for bringing up the non-sustainable fish issue. I had the same thoughts, why are they using Chilean sea bass and monkfish, for crying out loud!
