Funny, I have been cracking against the lip of the fry pan for years without getting shell in my food. When I try this new improved way on the flat counter, it is much more difficult and results in shell pieces in my food. Not for everyone I guess.
What do you do when you only need one egg?
I think velvetjones' grandmother is brilliant. Too bad I already had breakfast, I'm itching to try it already.
