Well, in the case of expressos, it is a question of more or less water for the same dosage of coffee.
some people may, justifiably, expect that a "tall" has more espresso than a short- as the narrator says, a "tall" just has more milk. Usually. I've seen exceptions.
well, it doesnt help that the vast majority of coffee chains call their drink sizes things like tall and short and many of them contain different amounts of espresso.
I'm guessing CH folks aren't that dumb. You'd be surprised at the rest of the coffee buying public though.
