  • Wait....I know this video is an older one...but...

Did that tag really say Ribeye for 22 dollars a pound?! Where was this shot, so I can never move there.

  • So, 7-10 minutes, huh? This guy somehow knows how hot my grill will be? Or how close the steaks will be to the coals? Or the exact temperature of the meat when it goes onto the grill?

To arbitrarily proclaim a cooking time is not only arrogant, it's stupid. There are far too many variables for anyone to tell anyone else how long to cook something on their own equipment.

Internal temperature is the only way to accurately determine when something is done. Ovens, broilers and grills vary. At "7-10 minutes per side," he'd have well done, on my grill. How much can an obvious city boy know about grilling, anyway? This is absurd.-COLLAPSE

  • This guy is hot, he can cook my meat for me

  • If I cooked a 1 to 1-1/4 inch thick steak "7 to 10 minutes a side" on my grill it would be beyond well done, and I doubt even my dog would eat it. OK, that's going too far - my dog would love it, but I sure as hell wouldn't eat it.

  • I clicked on it twice thinking it had failed to play all the way through. Nope. That was it... I'm thinking maybe an early April Fools Day gag?

  • embarment

  • Who I feel like I learned so much! I dont know what you guys are all talking about....GOTTA GO WATCH IT AGAIN, THIS TIME I AM TAKING NOTES TO REALLY GET ALL THIS GREAT INFO!!!

  • Pointless. I guess these things need to be short, but they should contain at least one useful tip. What about testing for doneness using your hand? What about resting the steak after cooking?

  • Well, I certainly don't feel overburdened with information. What's next? "Choosing potatoes: When choosing potatoes to cook, make sure to get good ones because they taste better. Thanks."

  • Does this guy do any other instructional videos like how to flush the toilet or anything like that?Because i think that would be really helpful...

  • Pretty lame.

  • I thought it didn't offer enough advice on how to get it to medium rare to get the most chew.
