  • Yeah, there is something tough about her, and the paddles do seem a bit... disciplinary. But isn't that the case among a lot of chefs?

    It is an excellent book though. I use her yeasted olive-oil dough constantly for savoury tarts and many other things. And the recipes are fine ones for anyone who wants to eat more veg, whether they are vegetarian or not.
