over the years i have purchased many of these types of spoon sets; however the spoons are too small for most american hands and when you have to make dishes such as gravy, rues, etc., the design in the case of the spoons shown would not be comfertaable. in almos every city there is a resturant supply house that sells the larger and more comfortable spoons, even cheaper, also many of these spoons do not respond well to certain foods or acids, or for that matter very high heat and if you are like most of us, you will end up leaving them on the stove too close to the flame or heat and unless they are untreated many of them will burn or give off a very bad oder.-COLLAPSE
