The real deal is always popping up on eBay, usually a lot less than $50. I got a "Samsonite" hardcase version at a yard sale for $8 that dated from the 1950s. Plenty of room for two bottles of liquor, a shaker, cups, opener, and swizzle. Great road trip companion for when you don't want to hang out at the hotel bar. Search for "vintage leather portable bar."
I think the $49 was the clearance price. It's now listed as no longer available. More's the pity.
