Bruce Willis Likes Vodka Soda

Food journalism doesn't usually cross over into celebrity journalism. But when it does, CHOW investigates. Bruce Willis came to town recently to talk about his vodka company, Sobieski (he is the partner-spokesperson), and we thought that it would be a good chance to get him to share some drink ideas. We were given six minutes to ask him some questions.

  • Wow - he is so engaging I am gonna go run out and buy a bottle. I hope that the vodka lives up to the smug presentation Bruce gives off.

  • sobieski are movie moguls, um, he maybe needs a job....lol...this thing is painful. so arrogant without any real skill, on his part...the interviewers tried, albeit, a little immature, but Jaysuzzz, try and get blood out of a turnip. could he have shown any less creativity???

  • apparently he thought he was trying out for a reincarnated bit part! That's how he rolls...LMAO

  • that man is too important for his body...no wonder the interviewers couldn't access him, they thought he was donald trump! LOL

  • Ok, it is a Bad interview. Bruce could have been a bit more forgiving with his yes/no answers, but the interviewer could have asked better questions than questions that just solicited the Y/N answers: Tell me about.... Could you describe... as opposed as, Do you like? Pretty much a none interview. Not much really learned.

  • i love this interview bc it is so strange

  • nothing about his responses or reactions or movements is normal

that man is high as a kite

  • r u kidding me? do you have an editorial staff here? Bruce wins bc you come across as giddy to share any proof you interacted with him. yuck Chow. I'm not clicking on you anymore....

  • Come on, his off-mic toadies apparently think he's a comic genius.

  • "We were given six minutes to ask him some questions."
You mean there were two more minutes of video gold?

  • Normally I really enjoy watching Mr Willis be interviewed, but he's so snarky and goes out of his way to make the interviewer so uncomfortable. I don't think I'll be supporting this venture. Sorry Bruce, but maybe you should die hardest.

  • So, Bruce: what first attracted you to this multi-million dollar vodka endorsement deal?

  • The awkwardness was palpable. Both with him and the interviewer.

  • So weird, what an awkward unpleasant "interview". It's like he's trying to be the anti-spokesperson spokesperson.

  • I like food, I like to eat....

  • It seems he's had a successful charisma bypass operation.

I could barely finish watching this.

  • He's giving us Bill Murray's character from Lost in Translation: the world weary movie star promoting booze because someone wrote him a big check.
