A Crêpe Master Thinks Globally

Fresca La Crêpe combines French flair with international flavors, and crêpe-lovers are sold. It's YeeMay's new go-to place for dessert crêpes and also savory ones, like an excellent ham-and-cheese made with buckwheat batter and finished with a crispy cheese crust. One daily special, in tune with the Latin flavors of Fresca's corner of Queens, was filled with tiger shrimp, guacamole, and habaneros.
