The red grape sorbet was just right on this hot, hot humid day (some of the worst weather in nine years, Tanya Steel told us this morning). The sorbet was deep red-purple, with an intense grape flavor—almost like drinking unfermented wine-grape juice. It was tart, with what tasted like a hint of ketchup—in a totally good way. Guess that's what red tastes like.
