Vino Dulce

I’m having a fling with dessert wines. At a recent dinner, I sipped a Spanish Moscatel that was so delicious, I was busted using the dreaded cliché ethereal. Bodegas Ochoa Moscatel is superlight, and drenched in honey and peachy flavors. The Ochoa family produces it in Navarra, where the grapes ripen to high-sugar concentrations. The best part: When I hit up Wine-Searcher.com to try to get my hands on some, I found it available online for under $20.
