With so many options available, finding the perfect grill pan can be painful. After wasting my money on too big, too heavy, and too hard to clean versions, I almost gave up indoor grilling forever, until I came across Calphalon’s solution.   • In my personal cooking experience I've tried (not scientifically 'tested') up to at least a dozen grilling style pans, if not more. addROC it is possible that I actually like this pan simply for the reasons I stated above. I bought it, I cooked with it, I liked it the most. Viva Calphalon grill pan!

  • I wonder how many you tested(if any)? Or if you just ripped off cooks illustrated. Or a third option, that you are just shilling for Calphalon.
