Sounds like a good deal, but that wont be something that I would like to buy.
Kirkland products are usually good, but there are a few that fall short. I haven't tried the beer yet, as it's a big pack and a sampler rather than one variety. If there were only one or two that I liked I'd need to buy the ones I didn't care for to get the ones I did on any follow-up purchases. No thanks.
Surprisingly, I was disappointed by the Kirkland brand microbrews. Even more so, since I suspect that they are made by the Gordon Biersch Brewery in San Jose (whose products I like).
During a visit to Arizona last fall, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Kirkland wines we bought at Costco. Colorado has an arcane set of liquor laws apparently dating from the repeal of Prohibition that only allow one store per grocery chain per metropolican area to sell alcohol so this was our first experience with the Kirkland brand. We'll look forward to trying the beers as...+READ

I think there are a lot of misconceptions on items named after the shop. The same goes to Kirkland. There are a lot of great tasting food under that name but people tend to choose the more expensive version - hoping that the latter would have better quality.
