Dense, Chewy Apricot Panforte

The Panforte Company makes a nice riff on the classic Italian fruit and nut dessert. Its apricot-almond panforte is loaf-shaped, densely packed with fruit, and truly tastes like apricots and nuts rather than a rubbery slice of sugar. Slice it thin and serve it with cheese for a treat.
