The Pasta Is in the Post

Ordering dried pasta through the mail seems like a silly idea given all the good options at the supermarket, but Savoia Pasta is worth the effort. It comes packaged as a tangled mass of noodles—reminiscent of ramen—and cooks in about half the time of other pastas—again, like ramen. But unlike dried ramen, this pasta is exceptional. The noodles cook up with a nice chew to them, which means you can taste the pasta, not just the sauce.
