How does a fast-food chain top the introduction of a triple-stacked cheeseburger featuring three juicy beef patties and cheese? With, apparently, the Baconator. Wendy’s incredible new entrée sports six strips of hickory-smoked bacon on top of a half-pound of beef.
As per usual—and there may be nothing wrong with this—an exceedingly fatty fast food is explained away in this story as the logical result of a capitalist system that lets us indulge our self-destructive vices … just so long as the credit card is valid and those vices don’t include drugs, assisted suicide, or universal healthcare.
Ooh, I also forgot to mention that it is rich in B-Vitamins. The Bacon, that is, not the Low-Fat Bun.

Don't forget that Bacon is a great source of Protein, Phosphorus, Selenium and the Bacon is the world's 2nd greatest source of Vitamin D (Cod Liver Oil is first). Now, that Bun, well, it is basically devoid of any nutrition.

Only 6 strips? With the nutritional content of a Wendy's burger what it is, I can only assume the bacon addition will be an improvement. The baconator is only 130 calories and 11 grams of fat worse than the 1/2lb burger (which appears to be what it is based on). That's still 180 calories and 8 fat grams less than the triple. The frightening thing is comparing the double to the triple. That one...+READ
