Early Report: Four Seasons Vietnamese

Four Seasons, a new Vietnamese restaurant in the Larkin Street corridor, gets the nod for tender, fresh shrimp rolls and charred meatballs in the do-it-yourself bun cha. A tip though: Amp up the flavor-devoid peanut dip by adding a squirt of Sriracha to taste.
