A Pastrami Sandwich Piled High at Label’s Table

According to nosh, the best pastrami on the Westside is at the Pico branch of Label's Table. For $8.50 you get a "huge pastrami sandwich on standard deli rye, seeded with a chew on the crust, with enough meat piled high in the center for at least another half sandwich," nosh says.

It's definitely not Langer's, nosh acknowledges. "The pastrami is thin machine-sliced and the rye is not as crisp on the crust and soft in the middle. But it is a lot closer, a lot bigger, and a lot less expensive."

And if for some reason pastrami's not your thing, Label's Table also serves the best meat knish, trojans says.
