  • Make them like any other soup dumpling. Whether the colagen from the homemade beef stock does it or the addition of gelatin the french onion soup will set up into a solid when cooled down. Just cut it into squares after pouring it into pan to cool and then wrap it up in the dumpling wrapper making sure that it's properly sealed.
