  • Nevermind - I just answered my own question - when I told my boss, a foodie and attorney, about this place, she was in doubt because she thought she read about the ban recently - turns out it was in 2004, a year just before the ban was lifted.

  • Real Sichuan peppercorns? I thought we still had an embargo on them? Are they here illegally or did they lift the embargo?

  • Hope they don't make those to order. That's a long lunch.
