“Everything we had, from agedashi tofu to fried squid legs, tuna tataki, toro hand rolls, spicy tuna with mango and a host of other sushi, was excellent. We were very impressed. We have tried to go to a number of less fancy downtown sushi spots and Cotan has been the best so far.” – comiendosiempre
