Well.... people eat cow's tongues... and they're pretty good I might add!
I love the tongues too. The heads sound intriguing. There's always surprise bags at the market! Deinitely gonna give them a go next time.

I love the brain part the best and you can get bags of duck tongue at the market too. I'm asian so I grew up eating the "strange stuff"!
