"I had a conversation with a friend this weekend and commented that with summer coming I wanted to come up with a few savory sorbet ideas. My thoughts would be something like a tomato & horseradish sorbet to garnish a chilled shrimp dish or perhaps a cucumber and lime sorbet alongside a tuna tartare. I know those are obvious combinations but I really find the idea of a savory sorbet appealing." – LiveRock
