Chicken Liver Mousse at Vinegar Hill House

The chicken liver mousse at Dumbo's Vinegar Hill House is a lot better than the rubbery gray tubes of liverwurst that Alex's Pop-Pop tried to get her to eat as a kid. She's now a liver convert.
