The CHOW Tour is back, and this time the editors are staying close to home: Oakland, to be exact. The focus, says CHOW's Blake Smith, will be on “chefs and restaurants that specialize in handcrafted food. We'd love to find special, off-the-beaten-path stuff to cover, but that said, we don't want to miss out on key places.”
