The hygience at pho Ha Nam Ninh is very bad, oh my god,when i get inside kitchen, I saw a lot of cockroaches inside the stove and food. Also, I saw some mouses and rats around behind the stove. so the servies and the hygience is too bad.

So they are going to used it and sell them again. Last time some customers fought some toothpick inside the noodles and flies inside the dishes of vegetables.
