  • Actually chicken drummettes are not seen often at the to-go Chinese delis in the area. Cantonese people prefer the dark meat in the wing joint to the white meat drummettes. Also, the wing joints are cheaper, since the non-Chinese market will pay a premium for the drummette portion.
