Joyce MCSlimJB is referring to a past or perhaps restaurant week lunch, as Locke-Ober no longer opens for lunch (this has been the case for around 18 months). If someone wants to chase that quahog, they'll either have to see if its on the dinner menu or check their menu for one of the Restaurant weeks (August and December).
