Bailey’s is an Irish-style tavern that recently got a smoker–and someone who knows how to use it. Smoked brisket, served in a sandwich with just a bit of sauce on the meat and roll, rivals the best versions georgeb had when he lived in Texas. It’s $8.50 and comes with fries and cole slaw. The barbecue menu, which is still being tweaked, also includes ribs and pulled pork.
The man at the smoker is Dave “Fink” Finkelstein, a Jersey pitmaster whose signature sandwiches include the BarbeReuben (made not with corned beef but smoked brisket) and the BarbeCuban (with pulled pork).

Bloody Amazing. Whenever I get the urge for BBQ it is the flavor of Bailey's ribs and brisket that always comes to mind.
Hell Yeah!! I've been to the Corky's Franchise in Atlantic City, Virgil's in NYC, and Bailey's BLOWS THEM ALL AWAY!!
The best BBQ I've ever had!!! They have Molson Ice and a lot of good beer on tap too!
Agreee that the barbeque is perhaps the best in the area. Also had the sampler and found all to be worthy of being called the best barbeque. Ordered the BarbeReuben to take home and enjoyed it and the leftovers the next few days and will definately be making a return trip soon.
Been there done that. In a word, fab-u-lous!!! I ordered the $28 sampler. 1/4 rack of Babybacks, 1/4 rack of 'regulation' size ribs, over a pound of Pulled Pork, and about a pound of brisket. All were excellent, but the pulled pork gets my nod for the best!
The Corn Bread souffle was amazing, and if loving the pulled pork potato skins are wrong - I don't want to be right.
