"Met up with some friends for drinks last nite at Mua. And tried a new (for me) dish. The lamb cheeks were delicate and flavorful. I was especially surprised by the near-gelatinous center of the small rounds of meat. Placed on a dish with a reduced sauce of chicken broth + red wine. Enjoyed the lamb flavor that was nicely present." – escargot3 on Mua in Oakland

"We went there for a Chinese breakfast and were impressed with the dou jiang and you tiao. We ordered zha jiang mian—the noodles were nice and chewy. The sauce included seafood, interestingly. "It's a nice funky place with friendly service. I had an okay pulled pork, a so-so soup, and an awful bacon chocolate chip cookie. (And I mean awful.) Portions are big, prices are low.
