Choked Up With Happy Eating Tears

I am a permanently disabled single mom and eating out in good restaurants is not always possible with my budget. Finding restaurants that cater to my eclectic tastes and are affordable, was challenging until I came upon Byblos. Such a funny sounding name, pronounced "beeblows". Funny name, excellent food, great value. I can have a night out with a friend at a restaurant that offers half orders on their delectable kabobs and appetizers that are healthy and filling and make your taste buds jump for joy with the marriage of Middle Eastern spices. My favorite is the marinated artichoke hearts. I seriously could make a meal out of them by dipping the fresh pita bread into the lemony, buttery pool of perfectly spiced marinade and slowly savoring every bite. Sometimes I split a "for two" salad with a friend to round out meal. From the moment I step onto the elevator to rise to the second floor dining room, I get that wonderful sensation that I am moments away from a unique, affordable, and entirely enjoyable dining experience. I am never disappointed!
