I have been trying to develpe a clear Bloody Mary for a while.
The problem was the worchestershire sauce...
I think the worchestershire-salt rim solved the problem

2 oz tomato water
2oz lemon infused Sqare 1 vodka
1/2 oz horseradish infused Sqare 1 vodka
1/2 oz jalapeño infused Sqare 1 vodka
rim martini glass with worchestershire salt

serve up with a little fresh cracked pepper float and a shaved celery curl.
