(1) Add to mixing glass:
-- 4 large organic Italian organic basil leaves (tear first to extract more flavor)
-- 1 large organic strawberry (or two small ones)
-- 0.05 oz. organic sugar (1/2 a packet)
-- splash of fresh sour mix (preferably prepared with organic lemons & limes)
(2) Muddle.
(3) Fill mixing glass with ice.
(4) Add 1 oz. Square One vodka
(5) Add 1 oz. organic limoncello (at Addison Restaurant I prepare an organic limoncello using Square One vodka and organic lemons. However, organically produced "Limoncello di Capri" also works nicely.)
(6) Shake and strain into champagne flute.
(7) Top with 2 oz. Drusian Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (organic Italian prosecco).
(8) Garnish with a lemon twist and ENJOY!
