1 1/4 oz. Square One Vodka
1/2 oz. Lillet blanc
2 small organic honeydew melon balls
1/4 inch slice organic cucumber
juice of 1/2 organic lime
3/4 oz. organic agave syrup
6 organic mint leaves

Muddle cucumber, melon balls and mint in lime juice and agave syrup. Add vodka and Lillet and shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass with ice and fill with soda water. Garnish with 2 speared melon balls, cucumber slice and a fresh mint sprig.
