1 1/2oz : square one vodka
1 oz : monin roasted chestnut syrup
2 1/4oz : silk soymilk vanilla
3/4 oz : organic avocado puree ( lightly scooped 1 table spoon )
dash of angstura bitters
grated nutmeg for garnishmethod
shake these ingredients except nutmeg, strain into a wine glass and
top of grated nutmeg.this cocktail is adapted from 1862 jerry thomas " how to mix drinks.
it's lightly rich cream punch, also good for vegitarian and the person who has health problem. -

3/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 Organic Pear
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed Organic Lemon
1/2 oz. simple syrup
freshly grated cinnamon stickMuddle organic pears and simple syrup. Add Square One vodka, St. Germain, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice. Grate fresh cinnamon sticks over finished cocktail. Enjoy!

0.5 oz Organic Lemon Juice
1 oz Cointreau
Splash of Organic Cranberry JuiceShake, and serve up, sugarred rim with a jalepeno slice

Thyme for a Cocktail

12 large organic mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
3 small sprigs organic thyme
1 tablespoon superfine (caster) sugar
2 ounces Square One vodka
1 ounce fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice
1 ounce mineral waterMuddle the fresh mint, thyme, and sugar in a cocktail shaker until the mint and thyme are very fragrant. Add ice, the vodka and the lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Add the mineral water and the reserved sprig of mint and serve.

3 oz. Organic Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 oz. Organic Fresh Squeezed Lime JuiceShake all ingredients enthusiastically with 500 pounds of ice, strain in to chilled champagne flutes, fill with 2 ounces Drusian Organic Prosecco NV. Top with organic edible pansy flower.
Recipe makes 6 cocktails.

The "Perfect" Pepper

One Organic Vodka
1 cup ( ½ oz.) Martini & Rossi dry vermouth
1 cup ( ½ oz.) M & R sweet vermouth
48 organic Kalamata olives• To make Roasted Pepper-infused Square One Organic Vodka :
-Roast 6-8 medium sized organic sweet red bell peppers and 3 or 4 organic Serrano chilies.
-Remove skins, tops, and seeds (Serrano seeds can be left in if you like a lot of heat) and place roasted peppers in a glass container with an airtight lid. Add 2 (750 mL) bottles of Square One Organic Vodka. Close lid, agitate, and store for 2-3 days.
-After 2 or 3 days (whenever the pepper flavor has become intense enough), strain the roasted pepper-infused Square One organic vodka through a fine strainer.For the pitcher-ready version, mix all ingredients using the first set of measurements (measurements in parenthesis are for a single serving). Mix thoroughly. To serve, shake ½ cup of the mixture with ice (from filtered water) for each serving; serve up in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with organic kalamata olives.
(This should replace my first version of the “Perfect” Pepper.)

1 c (1T.) fresh organic ginger, peeled and sliced
4 c (2 oz.) Square One Organic Vodka
2 c (1 oz.) organic lemon juice
1 c ( ½ oz.) organic wildflower honey
1 c ( ½ oz.) Gran Marnier
48 fresh organic blueberries To make the pitcher-sized version, use the first set of measurements.
Muddle 1 cup of ginger (not gently!) in a pint glass.
Thoroughly mix (using a long-handled spoon) all ingredients in a pitcher.(If making a single serving, use second set of measurements. Muddle the ginger in a pint glass and add remaining ingredients into the glass.)
To serve: Shake (½ cup of Elixir) with filtered-source ice; serve up in a chilled martini glass. Float fresh organic blueberries on top (dried organic goji berries are a nice substitute when blueberries are not in season). Salud!

1/2 oz Odwalla Pure Carrot Juice
2 pieces of candied ginger
1 organic basil leafIn a mixing glass muddle basil leaf and one cubed piece of candied ginger. add remaining ingredients and ice. Chill and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with last piece of candied ginger. Viola!!!
With a hint of carrot, this cocktail voluptuously perks your palate; hence Jessica Rabbit.
