A golf course seems an odd place to catch some gunfire, but apparently that’s what happened to Chef Paul Prudhomme, he of K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen and Magic Seasoning Blends fame. As he was setting up to cook for the New Orleans Zurich Classic golf event, a stray .22-caliber bullet grazed the chef, cutting his arm and putting a hole in his whites. According to an AP article, Prudhomme continued cooking.
The Wine Spectator online had the best comment on this one: “What if it was some nut who hates blackened redfish and has been biding his time for 30 years?”

Man Shoots Wife Dead Trying To Install TV
A man who tried to use a gun to install a satellite television system ended up shooting his wife dead by accident.
The correct way to install dish
Ronald Long tried to make a hole in the exterior wall of his house in Missouri, US, to install the dish for the system.
After several unsuccessful attempts, he got a .22-calibre handgun and blasted two holes in the wall.
The second bullet hit his wife, Patsy, in the chest, fatally wounding her.
She was standing outside the house at the time, but Long reportedly thought she was inside.
