Eric Slatkin and I were in New York recently on a video shoot, and we had some time to kill in Chelsea Market before shooting a product design video on OXO’s mandoline. We sidled up to the Ronnybrook Milk Bar. The beautiful space, with its amazing use of industrial materials, is the work of owner Mark Sarosi and Brooklyn design firm Studio A+I. As for the milk … it was the best glass I’ve had in years. So light, grassy, crisp, and fresh!
