If it were possible to have a crush on a food magazine, we’d have one on Régal. The French magazine (which, unfortunately, does not seem to have a Web presence) is just over two years old, yet it has made its mark on the French food scene with stylish photography, refreshing recipes, and a general jolt of excitement that was until now missing from Gallic food publications. And don’t worry if you don’t read French—the gorgeous photos speak for themselves. Problem is, Régal’s only found at international newsstands, so you may have to plan a trip to France just to check it out!

I haven’t seen Régal here in Montréal… Will check out the newsstands with a lot of international offerings (food magazines from France are found everywhere here)
I’d find it very odd indeed if there isn’t a website. Don’t have time to search for a while now – This site (evidently also in English) announces the magazine:
http://www.cooking2000.com/fr/infoprod/regal.htm
Try “regal magazine” (you don’t need to use the accent é) as régal is too common a word to find a publication with it.
You can find Régal in Montreal at the convenient store at “Centre du Commerce de Montreal” and I think ( but not sure) at the cooking book store at MJT
