Though it was designed in Japan to distribute the right amount of soy sauce over foods, it works with any liquid—from extra-virgin olive oil to Simple Syrup, balsamic vinegar, or even Frank’s RedHot. Just fill the base with the liquid, place your finger over the hole in the dropper to collect it, and dribble away. Ingenious!
